1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a betbk account, you enter into a binding legal contract with betbk. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the betbk platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment or modification of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. betbk reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other supplementary terms applicable to specific promotions or services, constitute the entire agreement between you and betbk. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional or supplementary terms, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

To register for and use a betbk account, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and regulated.
• You must not be prohibited from gambling under any applicable law, regulation, or court order.

• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party or entity.

betbk reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by betbk may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Account Creation and Verification

Users may create only one (1) betbk account per person. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances, winnings, and bonuses. Each account must be registered using accurate and truthful information, including:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification
• Date of birth
• Current residential address
• Valid email address and mobile phone number
• Preferred payment method details

betbk employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. Users may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a Philippine Passport, Driver's License, or UMID card), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership (such as a bank statement or e-wallet screenshot). All documents must be valid, legible, and unaltered. betbk reserves the right to reject any account registration or suspend any account pending completion of verification.

2.3 Account Security and Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betbk account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions, bets, deposits, and withdrawals made using your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization, you must immediately notify betbk customer support at [email protected].

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

3.1 Deposits

betbk accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP) through the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfer (InstaPay and PesoNet), and over-the-counter payments via 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50, and the maximum deposit amount varies by payment method and account verification status. Deposits are processed instantly for e-wallet transactions (GCash and Maya) and may take up to 24 hours for bank transfers. All deposit transactions are subject to verification and fraud prevention checks. betbk reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit transaction that appears fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of these Terms.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited into their betbk account are derived from legitimate sources and comply with all applicable AML and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulations. betbk does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's name.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for verified accounts during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Philippine Time, excluding public holidays). The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100, and the maximum withdrawal amount is ₱500,000 per transaction, subject to account verification level and VIP status. Users may be required to complete additional verification steps before their first withdrawal, including submission of valid identification documents and proof of payment method ownership.

All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's name. betbk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal requests made to a different payment method than the one used for deposit may be subject to additional verification and processing delays. In cases where a deposit payment method is no longer available (e.g., closed e-wallet account or expired bank account), users must contact betbk customer support to arrange an alternative withdrawal method.

betbk reserves the right to request additional documentation or verification before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be subject to review for compliance with bonus wagering requirements, fraud prevention, and AML regulations. betbk reserves the right to decline or delay any withdrawal request that does not meet these requirements.

3.3 Fees and Processing Times

betbk does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors (such as GCash, Maya, or banks) may impose their own transaction fees. Users are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour for verified accounts, while bank transfers may take 1-3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 General Bonus Terms

betbk offers various bonuses and promotions to registered users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published on the betbk website and in promotional communications. Users must opt-in to receive bonuses and agree to the applicable terms before claiming any promotional offer. Bonus funds are separate from real money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. betbk prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms (such as low-risk betting on opposite outcomes), colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements, or using automated software or bots to place bets. Any user found to be engaging in bonus abuse, fraud, or any other activity designed to manipulate or exploit promotional offers may have their account closed, all bonuses voided, and all winnings confiscated without notice.

4.3 Maximum Bet Rule

When playing with bonus funds, users are subject to a maximum bet limit. The maximum bet while a bonus is active is ₱100 per spin (for slots) or ₱500 per bet (for table games and sports betting). Exceeding the maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with the maximum bet rule.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

betbk reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet placed by a user if the bet is deemed to pose an unacceptable risk, if the user is suspected of bonus abuse or fraud, or if the bet violates any applicable terms or regulations. In cases where an obvious error occurs (such as an incorrect odds display or pricing error), betbk reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake to the user.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the betbk platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or errors to manipulate game outcomes
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices, including identity theft, payment fraud, or account hacking
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other tools to disguise your location or bypass jurisdictional restrictions
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the betbk platform

Any user found to be engaging in prohibited activities may have their account immediately terminated, all balances forfeited, and legal action taken against them as appropriate.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the betbk platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any content or software provided by betbk without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

betbk provides the platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied. betbk does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. betbk disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betbk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the betbk platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. betbk's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your betbk account in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall take place in Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English.

Users agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action lawsuit against betbk. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.

10. Account Closure and Termination

betbk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or failure to complete KYC verification. Upon account closure, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the user via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting betbk customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any unused bonus funds and pending bonuses will be forfeited, and any remaining real money balance will be withdrawn in accordance with betbk's standard withdrawal procedures.
